Twelve cards are counted by the spectator and placed into an empty envelope. The envelope is placed in her pocket. A second spectator counts twelve more cards and has three cards chosen from the pile. The cards are returned and the pile is placed into a second envelope. The magician magically makes the 3 selected cards disappear from the second envelope and appear inside the first envelope.
