The full and detailed working script by Larry White, a comb bound book of 30 pages. Inside there are photographs and diagrams of all the various rooms of the house to illustrate all for the reader.

This is a comb bound book of 37 pages, detailing everything such as background history of the Borden case plus details of how the séance was put together including photographs and diagrams.
